Job Overview
This role manages a regional portfolio of retail or office facilities to ensure reliable and responsive facilities management services. It oversees work order management, program management, facility maintenance, and service contract administration. The role collaborates with cross‑functional partners and internal stakeholders to implement strategic facilities management initiatives. Success is measured by operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, financial stewardship, and quality service delivery.
- Own operational performance for a regional retail or office facilities portfolio, ensuring facilities remain open, safe, and fully functional with minimal business disruption
- Oversee outsourced facility managers who handle reactive repairs and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional partners to implement facility management strategies and process improvements
- Administer service contracts for janitorial, building management system, HVAC systems and mobile technician services to support workplace services
- Maintain financial accountability for facilities within the facilities budget to optimize cost efficiency
- Monitor and analyze facilities performance data, using KPIs and trends to identify risks, improve vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and manage facilities programs at scale (e.g., reactive maintenance optimization, preventive maintenance strategies, vendor standardization, cost reduction initiatives) to improve performance across the portfolio
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 4–7 years related experience (Preferred)
- OSHA trained and experience leading safety programs (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $88,100 – $158,800. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
