Serve as the accountable owner for ensuring that contractual milestones are tracked, obligations are fulfilled on time, and any deviations are identified early and escalated appropriately.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships with a focus on performance, accountability, and alignment to transformation goals. Ensure that external partners operate within the boundaries of their contractual commitments and that relationship governance supports program outcomes.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise in transformation strategy, program governance, and operational execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business planning, organizational effectiveness, and the continuous improvement of transformation delivery.
