• Manage shift activities, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinating with management as needed.
