Location & RelocationNOTE:
This position is currently based in Frisco but will be moving to a new branch location in Prosper (75078) in Q4 2026.
Administration and efficient daily operation of the branch in operational integrity, relationship sales management, customer service excellence, branch security and facilities.
Outside community involvement and outside calling efforts.
Expanding customer relationships, positively influencing and developing staff, and approximately 25% of time spent building business contacts, networking outside the branch to cultivate new business, and promoting the Bank at Work program.
Partner with other lines of business by referring business opportunities and working closely with Branch Lenders/President to agree upon strategies that deliver on Branch profitability.
Deliver communications concerning all branch activities in accordance with bank strategies, policies, and procedures through regular staff meetings.
Responsible for hiring and management of staff.
