Operating Director – Frisco, TX (Full‑Time)

As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

- Manage and lead the branch independently while receiving ongoing corporate training and support.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on‑call responsibilities.
- Conduct in‑home assessments, client intakes, and continuously ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget and financial performance reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivate a workplace of choice by incentivizing, motivating, and setting a positive tone for team morale.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team.
- Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Wants to leave behind the typical structured 8‑5 desk job and seek an autonomous position.
