Solutions Director
To lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and partners to identify opportunities for value creation and competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks, risk management practices, and quality assurance for all solution initiatives.
- Define and execute the solutions roadmap, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Build and mentor high-performing solution teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Oversee large-scale solution architecture, integrating emerging technologies to drive business transformation.
- Manage multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and mitigating operational risks.
Maximum Salary (US): 260000 Minimum Salary (US): 152000
Compensation and BenefitsA candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
