Job Summary

American Rental Association (ARA) is a leading international trade association representing equipment and event rental operations, as well as manufacturers and suppliers serving the rental industry. With membership exceeding 12,000 rental locations and more than 1,000 manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, we partner with organizations of all sizes, including industry leaders such as John Deere, Sunbelt Rentals, Caterpillar, and United Rentals.

The Equipment Rental Guard (ERG) Program is ARA's industry-leading initiative focused on equipment security, theft prevention, and risk mitigation for rental businesses. Through education, best practices, industry partnerships, and practical tools, the ERG Program helps members protect their assets and strengthen their operations.

Under the direction of the Director of Loss Prevention, the ERG Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for members participating in the program. This role is responsible for advancing program initiatives, increasing member engagement, and helping rental businesses reduce the risk of equipment theft.

The ERG Program Manager strengthens program awareness and supports the continued growth and effectiveness of ARA's theft prevention initiatives.
