Transformation Project Manager
The ideal candidate will be based in Frisco, TX but will consider candidates in other locations.
The Business Transformation Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of capital projects across KDP's DSD network, with a focus on new building startups, expansions, and facilities related initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving project execution excellence and delivering high-impact projects aligned to business objectives. This is a highly visible position requiring regular interaction with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, capital/construction experience, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder communication.
Position Accountabilities
- Lead high-impact capital projects, including new facility startups, building expansions, and other facilities related initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership (including SVP-level stakeholders) to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, risks, and key decisions while delivering on time and on budget
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across DSD and the broader KDP network
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Monitor project performance, analyze schedule (including critical path), and adjust scope, schedule, or resources to meet objectives
- Provide clear, consistent communication on project status, milestones, risks, and changes to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead project meetings (status updates, milestone reviews, issue resolution), including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups
- Strong focus on new building startups and expansions; additional DSD initiatives may be assigned as needed
- Travel 50% (minimum) across the U.S. and North America to support onsite project execution

- $115,000-$130,000 / year
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Bachelor's degree preferred (project management certification or equivalent experience considered)
- Project management experience in cross-functional environments, preferably DSD, warehouse operations, capital projects or construction
- Ability to travel minimum 50% with extended onsite project support as required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with experience in Microsoft Project scheduling tools
- Ability to work full days on a shop floor or field sales-based environment.
