• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Manage and service an existing commercial P&C book of business valued at $2M–$3M in premium.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in account management processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in commercial P&C account management, specifically handling mid-sized to large commercial accounts.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

  Skills:
  • Proficiency in Hawk Soft is preferred; experience with Applied Epic or AMS
    360 is also acceptable.
• Education:
  
  Relevant certifications or training in commercial insurance are a plus.

  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor and inspire team members while maintaining accountability.
