At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity. We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation’s most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We’re looking for a Director of Community Engagement to join our team at The Grove Frisco, an award-winning, 735+ acre master-planned community designed around connection, recreation, wellness, and belonging. With thoughtfully designed homes, abundant green space, parks, trails, resort-style amenities, and a robust calendar of resident events and activities, The Grove Frisco is a place where community life is intentionally cultivated.
In this role, you’ll lead the community’s engagement and communications strategy, helping bring The Grove Frisco’s vision to life through meaningful resident experiences, strong relationships, thoughtful planning, and a highly connected Community Life team.
You’ll also serve as a trusted partner to residents, community leaders, developer partners, and the Board while creating opportunities that strengthen connection throughout the community.
This is an opportunity to shape how residents experience one of North Texas’s most dynamic master-planned communities while leading a team and building programs, partnerships, and systems designed for long-term community impact.
If you’re a relational leader who can pair big-picture vision with strong organization, thoughtful execution, and genuine enthusiasm for bringing people together, we’d love to meet you.
