UAV Systems Production Specialist

Hands-on build, configuration, and functional testing of:

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV)
Avionics Ground Control Stations (GCS)
Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
Ground Data Terminals (GDT)
Related electronic subsystems

Troubleshoot discrepancies; remove/replace components; verify operation; and record results using approved technical publications and procedures.

Perform trim, paint, and bodywork on UAV structures and components.

Assemble and test engines; support ground runs and break-in procedures.

Modify and repair composite parts to spec.

Work cross-functionally to meet quality, schedule, and delivery commitments.

Read and apply engineering drawings, diagrams, and detailed work instructions/manuals for fabrication and assembly.

Other duties as needed to meet program goals.

Must-have qualifications6 months to 1 year in aircraft production/manufacturing such as composite layup, avionics build/installation, aircraft final assembly, or ground support.
6 months to 1 year using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

Team-first communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred profile

Strong time management, organization, and clear communication.

Safety mindset with proper handling of hazardous materials, chemicals, and tools.

Proficiency with MS Office and production software.

Analytical thinker focused on continuous improvement.
