• Own a pivotal function in growing the Tik Tok Shop affiliate programs for brands including Grande Cosmetics and Flutter Habit.
• Scale creator partnerships to drive brand awareness and revenue.
• Collaborate with visionary leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Coordinate with external partners and ensure effective creator outreach and affiliate messaging.
• Support performance tracking, analytics, and reporting in an affiliate marketing context.

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience working with Tik Tok Shop and solid understanding of the creator economy.
• F Familiarity with influencer or affiliate platforms (Euka experience a strong plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills for creator outreach and affiliate messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in the beauty industry or with beauty brands highly preferred.
• Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with performance tracking, analytics, and reporting in an affiliate marketing context.
