As our Marketing Manager
, you will have full ownership of Pymed’s marketing ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product teams, design collaborators, and leadership to shape our brand narrative, launch new initiatives, and drive user acquisition. This is an ideal role for a marketer who loves blending data-driven analytics with clean, impactful creative design.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to increase brand awareness.

Content & Brand Direction: Oversee content creation, ensuring all copy, visuals, and multimedia updates align with Pymed's sleek, minimalist brand identity.

Data-Driven Growth: Analyze campaign performance metrics, user engagement trends, and market data to optimize ROI and scale acquisition efforts.

Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate with internal graphic designers, UI/UX teams, and video editors to produce highly engaging marketing collateral.

Public Relations & Events: Manage corporate communications, press releases, and coordinate marketing materials for major registration events, launches, or community training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An understanding of or background in IT/Tech industries is a significant advantage.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or campaign execution (experience in tech or healthcare sectors is a strong plus).

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency with social media management platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics.

Familiarity with collaborative design and content tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or basic video editing applications).

Strong capability in translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging customer-facing copy.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A highly organized project manager who can balance creative campaign ideas with strict budget frameworks.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to take feedback and pivot quickly.
