Social Media & PR Coordinator

Bondi Boost is seeking a highly organized, creative, and social-first Social Media & PR Coordinator to support the execution of our organic social media, PR, and brand activation efforts.

Reporting to the Associate Brand Manager, this role will be responsible for executing Bondi Boost's day-to-day social media presence, supporting community engagement, creating content, coordinating special influencer gifting, and assisting with brand events and activations. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, social trends, content creation, and building authentic connections with our community.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring Bondi Boost consistently shows up across social channels, PR moments, and all brand moments.

• Draft, maintain, and assist managing Bondi Boost's organic social media calendar for approval by the Associate Brand Manager
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging social platforms
• Own daily social posting and execution across key channels
• Monitor social trends, viral moments, and platform updates to identify reactive content opportunities
• Support community management by engaging with followers and responding to comments
• Track social performance and assist with reporting on content effectiveness and audience growth
• Comfortable appearing on camera for Tik Tok Lives, social content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling across Bondi Boost channels

• Capture photo and video content for social media across photoshoots, retailer events, creator events, team activities, and brand activations
• Create short-form social-first content optimized for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and Stories
• Produce behind-the-scenes content that showcases the Bondi Boost brand and team culture
• Assist with content editing, organization, and digital asset management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand priorities and campaign objectives

• Assist with influencer gifting initiatives and special send-outs
• Coordinate product shipments for UGC creators & branded PR moments
• Support creator outreach and ongoing communication
• Track creator deliverables, content submissions, and posting timelines

• Support the planning and execution of brand events, retailer activations, pop-ups, and creator experiences
• Assist with event logistics, product inventory, gifting, and event setup
• Coordinate guest lists and attendee communications
• Support post-event follow-up, content organization, and reporting

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, PR, influencer marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging social platforms
• Comfortable capturing and editing content using mobile devices and social editing tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and consumer brands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with influencer marketing, social media scheduling tools, and content management systems is a plus
