Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

Soleo Health is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement in Frisco, TX to develop impactful marketing content, sales enablement tools, and campaigns that support commercial growth, strengthen provider and patient engagement, and drive awareness and utilization of our services. The Position:

The Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement supports the field sales organization by developing and executing marketing programs, content, and enablement materials that drive awareness, engagement, and utilization of the Company's services. This role serves as a key partner to sales by delivering marketing collateral, campaigns, and patient and provider-facing resources that support commercial growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other customer-facing materials.
• Create provider education and customer engagement content aligned to commercial priorities.
• Execute marketing campaigns that support lead generation, provider adoption, and service utilization, using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify enablement needs and develop supporting resources.
• Manage conferences, events, and trade show marketing activities, including materials and follow-up campaigns.
• Develop customer success stories and testimonials that demonstrate value and outcomes.
• Support email, nurture, and digital campaigns targeting providers and healthcare organizations.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure marketing materials are current, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.

Schedule:

• In-office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of healthcare, B2B, or commercial marketing experience.
• Experience creating sales enablement materials and patient- and provider-facing content.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation development skills.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Healthcare, provider engagement, or life sciences experience preferred.
