Senior Marketing Account Associate, Affiliate and Content About Parlay Collective

Parlay Collective is a full-service marketing agency specializing in strategic growth, digital content, and affiliate monetization for influencers, founders, and consumer brands.

The Senior Marketing Account Associate manages marketing execution across an assigned portfolio of client accounts. This is an experienced professional position requiring established marketing knowledge, direct client responsibility, and proven experience across multiple marketing platforms and channels.

The selected candidate must join Parlay Collective with professional experience gained through a marketing agency or within the marketing department of an established company. Experience limited to internships, college coursework, student organizations, personal content creation, or social media posting does not meet the requirements for this position.

Training will focus on Parlay Collective’s internal processes, client structures, reporting methods, and service standards. Training will not cover foundational marketing concepts or basic platform knowledge.

• Monday through Friday
• Lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Starting salary of $58,240 annually

• Minimum of 2 years of full time professional marketing experience within a marketing agency or the marketing department of an established company
• 3 years of qualifying professional experience preferred
• Internships, college coursework, student organizations, personal brand management, and roles focused only on social media do not count toward the required 2 years of professional experience
• Direct, hands on experience managing marketing responsibilities beyond social media, including content strategy, affiliate marketing, email marketing, blogs, client accounts, analytics, and campaign execution
• Direct working experience with LTK and Amazon, including content input, affiliate links, product collections, storefront management, and performance reporting
• Experience writing, editing, publishing, and managing blogs and newsletters for a company, agency, or client
• Strong working knowledge of Canva with experience creating professional marketing assets
• Experience managing client accounts, content calendars, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines
• Confidence leading client meetings, presenting recommendations, directing priorities, and managing expectations
• Strong industry knowledge with the ability to serve as an informed resource for clients and team members
• Ability to interpret affiliate revenue, clicks, conversions, engagement, traffic, and content performance
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and analytical skills

• Previous professional experience within a marketing agency
• Experience supporting influencers, founders, fashion brands, lifestyle brands, or consumer brands
• Knowledge of Word Press, Flodesk, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Meta Business Suite, Shop My, and social media scheduling platforms
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, affiliate links, product roundups, and storefront management

• Manage assigned client accounts, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Lead client meetings, present recommendations, establish priorities, and direct clear next steps
• Plan, write, edit, and publish blogs, newsletters, social media copy, and marketing materials
• Manage content input, affiliate links, product collections, and storefront content across LTK and Amazon
• Create polished graphics, collages, newsletters, and social media assets in Canva
• Schedule and manage content across approved marketing platforms
• Review weekly and monthly analytics and translate findings into actionable client recommendations
• Monitor revenue, traffic, clicks, conversions, engagement, and top performing content
• Stay informed about platform updates, retailer promotions, affiliate developments, and changes within the marketing industry
• Review all content for accuracy, formatting, working links, and client brand alignment
• Maintain organized client records, meeting notes, project updates, and content calendars

Parlay Collective has an office dog. Candidates must be comfortable working in an office where a dog is present.

After completing Parlay Collective’s training program and demonstrating the ability to independently manage client accounts, lead meetings, guide strategy, and maintain strong client relationships, the employee will be eligible for consideration for promotion to Marketing Account Manager with a compensation adjustment.
