Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and commercially‑minded Influencer Manager to manage and grow a content creator with a 300K+ audience.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy, knows how to build strong brand relationships, and can turn an engaged audience into meaningful collaboration and business opportunities.

You will take ownership of brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, negotiations, campaign management, and creator growth.

• Identify and approach relevant brands for collaboration opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
• Manage inbound and outbound brand collaboration enquiries
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, and partnerships
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from initial discussion through execution
• Prepare and communicate collaboration proposals and campaign ideas
• Work closely with the creator to plan and execute brand partnerships
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the creator’s personal brand and market positioning
• Track campaign performance and maintain records of collaborations and partnerships
• Follow up with brands and agencies to build long‑term relationships
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, and emerging opportunities

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, social media, or brand partnerships
• Previous experience managing or working closely with influencers/content creators is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Good understanding of brand collaborations and influencer campaigns
• Experience negotiating deals or commercial partnerships is a strong advantage
• Ability to identify potential brands and proactively create collaboration opportunities
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand the value of an audience and personal brand
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop partnership ideas
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
