Local Community Outreach Contractor

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly reliable person located in Frisco to assist with local community outreach for a growing healthcare organization.

This is not a full-time or ongoing position
. This is a project-based opportunity for someone who would like to take on occasional local outreach assignments. We have an immediate project available and may offer additional projects in the future.

We will provide you with a list of local organizations to visit, such as pediatrician offices, healthcare practices, therapy clinics, and other community organizations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting each assigned location in person

• Professionally introducing our organization to the front desk or appropriate staff member

• Delivering brochures and other marketing materials

• Asking who the appropriate contact is for referrals or community partnerships

• Having a brief, friendly conversation when the opportunity is available

• Gathering useful contact information or feedback

• Recording a short update after each visit so we know who you spoke with and how the visit went

• Following the outreach instructions and target list we provide

This is more than simply dropping off brochures. We want someone who is comfortable representing our organization professionally and creating a positive first impression.

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching people you don't know

• Professional and well-spoken

• Extremely reliable and responsible

• Organized and able to follow instructions carefully

• Comfortable walking into medical offices and starting conversations

• Naturally good at talking with people without being overly pushy or 'salesy'

• Able to recognize when someone is interested and continue the conversation appropriately

• Comfortable driving throughout Frisco

• Able to provide clear updates about each location you visit

English/Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred.

Previous healthcare, medical-office, community outreach, marketing, brand ambassador, or sales experience is helpful but not required
. Personality, professionalism, and reliability are more important to us.

• Must currently live in or very close to Frisco

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be available during normal weekday business hours for outreach assignments

• Must have a smartphone

• Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations throughout the city

This will begin with a one-time paid outreach project in Frisco
.

If the project goes well, we would like to keep working with the same person for future outreach projects as they come up. This could include additional office visits, follow-up visits, delivering updated materials, attending local events, or other community outreach assignments.

There is no guaranteed number of hours or ongoing weekly schedule.
