Frisco First touts the idea that people belong where they can know and be known by others. Sunday Morning LIFE Groups are the lifeblood of that idea. More than 75% of worshipers at Frisco First are engaged in a LIFEGroup. The Minister of LIFE Groups and Men is central to helping the church live out its mission of inviting people into relationship with Jesus and each other.
The right person will take initiative in growing and expanding the ministry by building leaders, starting new groups, strengthening culture, and helping create pathways for growth.
Frisco First is a warm, growing, multi-generational church with over a century of gospel influence in its community and across the world. Its ministry identity is shaped by a simple and memorable discipleship framework: “You BELONG here,” “We BECOME like Jesus together,” and “Others BENEFIT through sharing.” That language is more than a slogan; it reflects a church family that values spiritual growth, authentic relationships, and abundant generosity.
