Overview
Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Centennial as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Shift: FT Nights, 12 hr shifts. Candidates with more than 3 years of NICU experience strongly preferred.
Neonatal Intensive Care UnitOur NICU is a fast-paced environment with high-acuity patients. The leadership team supports learning, mentoring, and growth for every team member. Patient Ratios vary based on acuity. Number of Beds: 14. Department specifics:
Level II Neonatal designation; 24/7 in-house Neonatal coverage;
Press Ganey – Guardian of Excellence; high performing in quality indicators; strong employee and physician engagement; collaborative environment with unit-based council and shared governance; competitive pay with tuition reimbursement and bonus program based on quality initiatives; pathway designated.
BSWH-Centennial is a full-service 118-bed hospital serving Frisco and surrounding communities. With more than 600 specialists, services include digestive care, labor and delivery, heart health, emergency and trauma care, surgical services, orthopedics, intensive care, internal medicine, and more. We are the only Trauma Center (Level III) in Frisco and are certified as a Primary Stroke and Primary Heart Attack Center by the Texas Department of State Health Services and by The Joint Commission.

Qualifications- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field should be nursing
- RN license
- Must have BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting
