Position: RN NICU FT Nights

Overview

Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Centennial as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Shift: FT Nights, 12 hr shifts. Candidates with more than 3 years of NICU experience strongly preferred.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Our NICU is a fast-paced environment with high-acuity patients. The leadership team supports learning, mentoring, and growth for every team member. Patient Ratios vary based on acuity. Number of Beds: 14. Department specifics:
Level II Neonatal designation; 24/7 in-house Neonatal coverage;
Press Ganey – Guardian of Excellence; high performing in quality indicators; strong employee and physician engagement; collaborative environment with unit-based council and shared governance; competitive pay with tuition reimbursement and bonus program based on quality initiatives; pathway designated.
