• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with physicians concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping team members grow their careers.
• Examining residents, records and charts to distinguish normal and abnormal findings and recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
