As the Nurse Manager – Emergency Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our emergency department. This leadership position requires a skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in nursing, who can lead by example, inspire their team, and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Services department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated nursing professionals.

• Active RN license in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in emergency care.
