Position
Registered Nurse Operating Room at Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star.
ScheduleMonday–Friday only. No nights, weekends, calls, or holidays.
ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case, ensuring efficient operating room workflow. Experience with Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Total Joints and Spine procedures is required.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or professional nursing.
- Active RN license in the state.
- Strong orthopedic experience required.
- BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
