Travel Nurse Source  is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Frisco, Texas, 75033!

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and experience caring for acutely ill and injured patients of all ages.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
• Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Assist with patient transfers and discharges
• Perform emergency nursing interventions while maintaining accurate documentation
• Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on compassionate care

• Active Texas RN License or Compact RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS and PALS Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Experience with emergency triage and acute patient care
• Knowledge of current emergency nursing standards and regulations
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities
