Department:
Emergency Department (ED)

Patient Population:
Serves a diverse range of emergent cases, including trauma, STEMI, and stroke, caring for both pediatric and adult patients with acute and often complex conditions.

Number of Beds: 16 exam rooms (12 General, 2 Trauma, 2 Triage)

Census:
Approximately 30-40 patients per 24 hours

Designation/Level: Opened as a Level IV Trauma Center in July 2025. Currently pursuing Level III designation, with a long-term vision of achieving Level I status to best serve the community.

Job Summary You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.
