Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), responsible for providing expert patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with organizational values and goals.
- Assume accountability for patient outcomes and safety in a NICU environment.
- Utilize clinical skills to support neonatal patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in NICU.
- Current RN license in the state of practice; compact license accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Provide patient-centered care during 12-hour night shifts.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
