Sri Matrix health is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide expert patient care in a busy Frisco clinic. You will perform vital signs, administer IM injections, manage patient charts, and support the care team to keep care flowing smoothly.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program, a current Texas LVN license, 1+ year of clinical experience, and EHR experience is helpful. You must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start.
