In Home Healthcare LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an In Home Healthcare LVN for low-acuity patients on weekday nights. This role provides direct bedside nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, medication administration, basic wound care, and monitoring of stable chronic conditions. The LVN follows physician orders and individualized care plans, documents in the EMR, and communicates changes in status to the RN and clinical team.

You'll collaborate closely with families, support safe routines, and uphold Aveanna's standards of compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence while working independently in the field.
