Bright Star Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing team throughout Frisco, Celina, and Prosper, TX.

We are looking for dedicated nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

• One-on-one patient care
• Flexible scheduling opportunities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document the patient’s condition
• Follow individualized plans of care
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being
• Provide compassionate, professional care tailored to each client’s needs

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care
• Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
