The registered nurse provides professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age and developmentally appropriate care.
- Communicate clearly and promote a collaborative environment.
- Take accountability for personal performance and continuously seek professional growth.
- Enhance the patient experience through proactive initiatives.
- Build strong relationships within the team and with patients.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification and other required certifications.
- Valid nursing license for Texas or eligibility.
- Minimum of 6 months RN work experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
