Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital of Frisco is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital.

If you enjoy working with people, love pets, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to meet you!

• Welcome clients and their pets
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
• Answer phones and assist with client questions
• Process payments, collections, and billing
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Communicate with clients and the veterinary team
• Support veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership
• Provide exceptional client service throughout every visit

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Veterinary experience preferred,
  but not required
• AVImark and veterinary terminology experience are a plus
• Animal care, medical office, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful
• Bilingual candidates are a plus!
