Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital of Frisco is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital.
If you enjoy working with people, love pets, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do- Welcome clients and their pets
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
- Answer phones and assist with client questions
- Process payments, collections, and billing
- Maintain accurate patient and client records
- Communicate with clients and the veterinary team
- Support veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership
- Provide exceptional client service throughout every visit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Veterinary experience preferred,
but not required - AVImark and veterinary terminology experience are a plus
- Animal care, medical office, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful
- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
