Lead QE activities for the designated domain, planning and driving in‑sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign‑off.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium, and REST API frameworks.

Use AI‑assisted testing solutions to accelerate testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self‑healing concepts).

Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices.

Manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda, Test Grid, Sauce Labs for faster feedback and scalability.

Validate end‑to‑end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.

Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates.

Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout.

Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with corporate and financial workflows.

Ensure defect prevention, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on QE leadership.
• Strong telecom digital domain knowledge across Mobile/Web, chat/voice bots, and middleware systems (4‑5 years).
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and REST API testing (4‑6 years).
• Understanding of end‑to‑end business flow, customer journey stages (4‑5 years).
• Programming language proficiency in Java/C#/Python/Type Script (3‑5 years).
• API & integration testing expertise across middleware services (3‑5 years).
• SQL knowledge for data validation (3‑5 years).
• Self‑learning of AI‑driven quality insights (1‑2 years).
• Experience with Git Lab, CI/CD tools (2‑4 years).
• Manual testing expertise (4‑6 years).
• Mobile automation proficiency with Appium (4‑5 years).
• Test management expertise with JIRA, qTest (3‑5 years).
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Create and organize testing process based on project requirements and manage test activities within the team.

• Test estimates and schedules – ensure test coverage.
• Produce test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports for evidence.
• Publish RCA reports and preventive measures.
• Ensure quality of deliverables.
• Report project metrics and status.
• Ensure adherence to engineering practices, processes, and standards.
• Understand and contribute to test automation/performance testing.
• Work with Dev Ops team, if required, to understand testing framework and QA process for implementing continuous testing.
