PMO, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC

We're partnering with an established technology organization delivering mission-critical transportation solutions across North America. They're looking for an experienced PMO Quality Lead to drive quality excellence across multiple customer programs.

This is an individual contributor role focused on establishing quality standards, conducting audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring project deliverables consistently meet customer expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce risk, and help deliver high-quality solutions within a fast-paced project environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Quality Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes, standards, and procedures across multiple customer programs.
• Conduct quality audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance delivery performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of audits, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality management practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with project managers, engineering, operations, and delivery teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
• Support customer quality concerns by investigating issues and driving timely resolutions.
• Prepare and present quality reports, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Promote quality best practices across project teams and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce defects, and increase operational efficiency.
• Review and enhance quality documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively identify risks before they impact project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives across the PMO.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or PMO Quality within a technology, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management processes and audit programs.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using quality management tools, reporting, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, tolling, or large-scale technology programs.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and PMO environments.
• Experience working within regulated or customer-focused industries.
