Role Description

The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This position is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and presenting apartment features and benefits to help prospects select a home that meets their needs. Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and online inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing applications, and assisting with lease preparation and renewals. The Leasing Professional supports resident relations by addressing questions, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining a professional, welcoming office and model appearance.

The role also includes accurately entering prospect data, following up to close leads, and collaborating with the team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Leasing and resident relations skills, including experience with property tours, application processing, and customer service.
  • Sales and marketing abilities, such as lead follow-up, basic online marketing familiarity, and comfort promoting community features.
  • Administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, documentation accuracy, and time management.
  • Communication and interpersonal strengths, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse residents and prospects.
  • Basic proficiency with property management or CRM software, email, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to work on-site, including some evenings or weekends as needed to support leasing activity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
  • Prior leasing, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates willing to learn.
