Prepare food orders with precision and speed in our fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll help run the kitchen line, ensure every guest leaves satisfied, and maintain our spotless, organized workspace that exceeds all sanitation standards.

• Execute all prep tasks assigned by the Head Chef and kitchen managers.
• Stock and label ingredients for easy access.
• Wash, chop, and sort fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats.
• Measure seasonings and ingredients with accuracy.
• Start dishes by parboiling, reducing sauces, and prepping components.
• Keep the kitchen sparkling clean – from dishes to cooking utensils.
• Follow all nutrition and sanitary regulations.
• Track inventory and collaborate with the team on supply orders.

• Expert knife skills and lightning-fast dexterity.
• Deep knowledge of cooking best practices.
• Food safety expertise and proper handling techniques.
• Serv Safe Certification
  • Strong math skills for measurements.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team player mentality with great communication.
• Ability to shine under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• 6+ months of hospitality cooking experience (or equivalent combination of work and education).
• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Food preparation and safety knowledge.
• Culinary degree or coursework is a plus, but not mandatory.
