THE MODERN HOME OF AMERICAN GOLF – Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa. Discover The Modern Home of Golf at our Frisco resort & spa. Omni PGA Frisco Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, a spa, and a full entertainment district. This role supports food and beverage service at the Family Pool.

Job Description – Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a motivated and passionate Food Runner (Seasonal) | Leisure Pool to join our team. The resort offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, a third short course, multiple dining destinations, and a variety of guest experiences. The role is focused on delivering high standards of guest service in a fast-paced pool/food service environment.

Expected start date in March/April 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in food/bar setup and opening, as well as closing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Become completely familiar with the service time, menu, specials.
  • Greet all guests promptly and courteously.
  • Deliver food to correct rooms or tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.
  • Always inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.
  • Think clearly, quickly, maintain concentration, and make concise decisions.
  • Ability to perform the job functions with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure work area is clean and free of standing water, debris, or any objects that can obstruct duties from being performed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers, with the ability to answer guest questions and describe menu items.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC - or obtain upon hire.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
