The 18-story hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, inventory and ordering, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liason between culinary and restaurant operations.

This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

Qualifications

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Previous F&B experience required
Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule (including AM/PM/Weekends and holidays), be a team player and adynamic leader
