As a Bartender, you’ll create elevated experiences through genuine hospitality, beverage expertise, and thoughtful service. You’ll welcome guests, craft cocktails and other beverages, support the dining room, anticipate needs, and help make every visit memorable. Your knowledge, personality, and passion for hospitality will bring our bar experience to life.

• Must be 21 years of age or older and maintain applicable Kansas licensing requirements.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, garnishes, and beverage selections.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, ingredients, techniques, and standardized recipes.
• Ability to make confident beverage and food pairing recommendations.
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Basic math, cash-handling, POS, and ordering knowledge.
• Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 5 hours at a time.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Fast-paced bar and dining environment requiring continuous guest interaction and movement.
• Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance and uniform standards.
