As a Line Cook at Kyuramen, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality dining experience our guests have come to love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to Kyuramen’s recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensuring all food is cooked to perfection with attention to detail and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts.
• Assisting with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Bringing a positive attitude to the kitchen and contributing to a supportive team environment.

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-volume or Japanese cuisine setting.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
• The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
