The Crest Bistro is a restaurant located inside of the Crest Cadillac and Infiniti luxury car dealerships. We are committed to providing a top-notch customer experience and exceptional food. Immediate openings are available for an experienced, friendly, and energetic Barista to join our team!

Our employees work in a customer centric environment that includes:

• Service Cafes + Crest Bistro Event Room & Wine Cellar

• Manage transactions with customers using cash register
• Collect payments & issue receipts or refunds
• Maintain a clean and tidy café
• Keep customer coffee bars & water stations refilled and stocked
• Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen using POS
• Greet customers
• Utilize a balance sheet to keep track of cash transactions
• Assist with events
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Other duties as assigned by company owner and executive chef

• Previous customer service, cashier, or barista experience preferred
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Food Handlers License required
• Available to work part time or full time hours
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships
