Just steps from the PGA of America headquarters, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is at the heart of modern golf culture with two 18-hole championship golf courses (Fields Ranch East designed by Gil Hanse and Fields Ranch West designed by Beau Welling), The Swing (a lighted 10-hole par-3 short course), and The Dance Floor (a 2-acre putting course and entertainment area).

The resort offers event space, numerous food and beverage outlets, a spa, and a full entertainment district.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking an outgoing Retail Sales Agent - Golf Shop (Full Time) to join our team. The Retail Sales Associate greets guests in the retail shops, presents merchandise to customers, assists with merchandise selection, and facilitates the sales transaction. The role is that of a shopkeeper, with responsibility for merchandise presentation and guest service in the golf shop environment.

• Stocks shelves, counters, tables and similar display fixtures with merchandise to maximize visibility and promote sales.
• Arranges signage and advertising collateral in an attractive fashion.
• Sell merchandise to guests.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, proper displays, and ensure items are properly tagged; manage inventory control.
• Affix accurate prices to merchandise using stamps, tags, labels or similar methods.
• Provide information and assistance to customers; maintain substantial product knowledge relevant to the store and other on-property retail outlets.
• Accurately record sales and other transactions using the point of sale system; handle payments and make change per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, counters, tables, fixtures, glass and floors.
• Adhere to safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and partners.
• Complete daily sales reports for analysis and monitor current monthly sales performance.
• Participate in periodic merchandise inventory as scheduled.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.

• Must have strong guest service skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for length of shift.
