Job SummaryHelium Wireless LLC is seeking an energetic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our Boost Mobile store in Frisco, TX. This leadership role is responsible for driving store performance, developing a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in wireless, retail, or a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams successfully.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will actively participate in sales while managing daily operations and team performance.
Duties- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Participate directly in sales activities including phones, plans, accessories, and upgrades.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to maximize performance and retention.
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and productivity to improve store performance.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure excellent service experiences.
- Oversee POS operations, cash handling, deposits, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Stay current on Boost Mobile products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Retail Sales Manager is REQUIRED.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven retail environment.
- Basic computer skills and POS system experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Wireless, telecommunications, or electronics retail experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience managing commission‑based teams.
