Commercial Bakery Assistant

We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Baker to join our morning baking team!

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday mornings
• No weekends required

The Assistant Baker supports the Lead Baker in daily cake production and organization while helping maintain the high standards our guests expect. This role is fast‑paced and hands‑on, requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in producing quality products.

• Assist the Lead Baker with daily cake production
• Flip, label, and organize cakes accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper cake storage and inventory organization
  
  Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep workstations, equipment, and bakery areas clean and organized
• Support a smooth and efficient baking process in a fast‑paced environment
• Help ensure every cake meets quality and presentation standards

• Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Food service or bakery experience preferred, but not required

• Full-time hours with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
