The Brand Ambassador will be the face of the brand in the community and will leverage existing relationships to market the brand through grassroots efforts. In addition, the Brand Ambassador will be responsible for planning and attending local and store-related events, as well as ensuring the store and merchandise are represented according to brand guidelines.

• Represent the brand in-store and off‑site events/settings
• Plan, attend, and execute local and store events according to brand guidelines
• Assist the Regional Marketing Manager with content creation for local media, including social media
• Act as a brand advocate through local networking and community involvement
• Become ingrained in the community by participating in relevant community events that foster local relationships
• Host visitors in store to ensure experience is in line with brand expectations
• Provide guidance on store set‑up to ensure representation of merchandise and surroundings are true to brand
• Take direction from regional managers and HQ to execute in‑store promotional events
• Be a thought leader among in‑store staff while communicating internal initiatives around culture, incentives, and goals
• Effectively manage budgets as dictated by local and regional management

• Branded and non‑branded store supplies and collateral

• Experience in a position that demonstrated positive influential relationships
• Previous retail or jewelry industry experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
