This is an evergreen/pipeline role. We are actively building a talent pool for upcoming opportunities within our Samsung Experience Store. As a Sales Experience Associate, you are the life force of the store.
Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology. With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You’ll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions.

- Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude.
- Use open‑ended questions to discover a customer’s needs and provide personalized, perfect‑fit solutions with confidence.
- Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire sales journey and helping them create an incredible technology experience with Samsung products.
- Provide basic device troubleshooting, diagnose mobile device issues, and facilitate service tickets.
- Master the art of upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases.
- Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can‑do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution.
- Stay current by completing all product, services, and soft‑skills training to become a Samsung expert.

Retail schedule with part‑time hours; includes evenings and weekends.
Pay$19.00 per hour.
