• As a Product Recovery Associate, you will contribute to the recovery and sustainability work in the store, including:
• Minimizing all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products.
• Taking necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly.
• Presenting IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store.
• Supporting the quality work in the store to constantly improve customers’ quality perception of IKEA products.
• Always considering the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
• Contributing to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

HOURS:

34-40 hours per week, must have evening and weekend availability.

The pay range for this role is $17.58 - $24.83/hr. based on IKEA relevant years of experience.

• Retail experience.
• Knowledge of how to build quality IKEA furniture.
• Knowledge of waste management and sustainability principles.
• Experience working in a customer and commercial-oriented business.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from $17.58 USD to $24.83 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
