Retail Receiving Support Associate, Stonebriar Centre

Overview

As a Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, retrieving orders from our back‑of‑house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer; you will monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.

You will also greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care, directly impacting customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
• Retrieve and pack customer orders for curbside pickup.
• Monitor alerts and complete BOPS orders Ready on Time.
• Support floor operations by restocking merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and moving merchandise as needed.
• Wrap up the day by organizing the stockroom and completing remaining orders.
• Collaborate with teammates, support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Continuously improve performance, meet sales goal challenges, and contribute to store results.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 30 lbs.; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register transactions.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
