Sales Associate/Store Manager - Central Region

We are building a talent pool for anticipated openings across multiple locations in the U.S.

Typical responsibilities include: understanding customer needs, recommending ACE products and services, communicating effectively, building trust, providing exceptional customer service; handling cash, checks, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services; maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

at least two years of retail experience; high‑school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets; entrepreneurial spirit; ability to work independently; strong communication skills; accountability for overall store performance.
