Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for greeting guests in the retail shops, presenting merchandise, and facilitating sales transactions.

• Stock shelves, counters, tables, and similar display fixtures to maximize product visibility and promote sales.
• Arrange signage and advertising collateral attractively.
• Sell merchandise to guests.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, proper displays, and ensure all items are properly tagged and inventory controlled.
• Affix accurate prices to merchandise using stamps, tags, labels, or similar methods.
• Provide suggestions, information, and assistance to customers as requested, while maintaining substantial knowledge of products in the assigned store and general product knowledge of other retail outlets on property.
• Accurately record sales and other transactions using the point‑of‑sale system, accept payment, and make change following established accounting procedures.
• Continuously clean shelves, counters, tables, fixtures, glass, and floors.
• Adhere to safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employee partners.
• Complete daily sales reports for analysis.
• Be aware of current monthly sales performance and increase sales per hour and units per transaction as required.
• Participate in periodic merchandise inventory as scheduled.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.

• Strong guest service skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift.
