This position requires candidates to have open availability and to be available to work all shifts on all days between the hours of 9am and 9pm. Full time or part time is available, but candidates must be available to work all shifts on all days 7‑days a week subject to the needs of the business. Candidates may also occasionally work at our Galleria Dallas and Grapevine locations.

• Sell macarons, gift items, and custom services to customers.
• Guide customers through a tasting journey and educate them on product choices.
• Restock and maintain the display case and kiosk.
• Assemble and wrap gift boxes for special events.
• Handle cash and use a point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Keep the kiosk clean and maintain company‑supplied uniform standards.
• Run pop‑up event carts at weddings, fairs, business offices, catering functions, and other social events.
• Work independently while maintaining a welcoming, warm environment.
• Support shift leaders and managers and pursue advancement opportunities.

• Prior retail sales and food & beverage experience.
• Strong public‑speaking and customer‑consulting skills.
• Ability to ask questions, overcome objections, and maintain control of the conversation.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Passionate about creative design, decorative food items, and edible arrangements.
• Comfortable working in a loud and busy retail mall environment.
• Willingness to work all shifts and seven days a week, with occasional off‑site event work.
